The manual is the result of the CHILD for CHILD project funded by the European Commission, Rights, Equality and Citizenship Program (2014-2020), which aims to strengthen socio-educational services for children and adolescents hosted in protected structures and the one who left after the age of 18 (care leavers). The project involved partners for two years in promoting good practices and specific skills of professionals involved in integration policies and protection of children’s rights. The team dealt with the best practices collection for continuous monitoring of the social condition of the target groups with specific attention to the training of private social operators and public bodies competent in the field of home education, mentoring / coaching in the school-professional field, families of support.
